Persoon stond klaar bij aankomst. Zeer vriendelijk en duidelijk. Bij terugkomst idem. Auto stond klaar, met twee flesjes water en die waren zeker welkom. Parking ticket was reeds betaald! Dus geen oponthoud of gepruts aan de kassa. Zal zeker terug beroep doen op hun service.
C'est la 4e fois que j'utilise ces services. Je n'ai jamais attendu, à l'aller comme au retour. Ponctualité, facilité, sécurité, confiance et sympathie. On part sans souci.
Service au top, rapport qualité/priximbattable! J’ai eu l’occasion d'essayer leur service la semaine dernière et on peut dire que je le recommande à 100% : ponctualité, professionnalisme et sympathie, tout y était ! Sans oublier une disponibilité de tout instant tant par mail que par téléphone !

Un service vraiment au top! Ponctualité, prix raisonnable, amabilité et en plus de tout ça ils ne nous ont même pas fait payer l'extension de durée dont nous avons eu besoin dû à la grève à l'aéroport de Charleroi. Je recommande vivement!
This is a fantastic, great value service run by a top team. I came across it by accident, browsing forums and reviews for alternatives to Brussels South Charleroi Airport's official parking which is terrible. Instructions on how to proceed were very clear and sent in a timely manner. We were asked to call the company 30 minutes prior to our arrival at CRL and were duly met by a very friendly and professional Parking42 member in the express parking lot at CRL.
A quick inspection of the car and the mileage was performed before we handed over the keys to the driver. A few minutes later we received an email containing a photo showing the car safely parked in the company's excellent indoor facilities nearby. Payment was straightforward and the cost very reasonably, not least given the VIP nature of the service with drop off right in front of the terminal building. The vehicle return was equally smooth. We arrived back a day late due to a wildcat strike at CRL. P42 had followed the situation and contacted us proactively to let us know that we could leave the car for another day. They did not even charge us for the extra day which I thought was a very generous gesture given that the wildcat strike was entirely out of their control. In short, an excellent experience from beginning till end, I cannot praise them enough and would give them 10 stars if I could. Will definitely use them again if I ever fly from Charleroi again (which is not a given due to the chaotic nature and management of this airport). This company offers great service and value and deserve to thrive. I wish the P42 team all the best!
Une premiere experience concluante, avec un service serieux, agrémenté de bienveillance comme les petites bouteilles d eau au retour. Je recommande et je ferai a nouveau appel a leurs services.
